Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

-Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers using automated and manual processes

-Maintain IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, mobile devices, laptops, desktops, virtual machines, virtualization infrastructure, cloud, software, and hardware

-Responsible for the reliable and secure operation of said system

Provide level 2 support to troubleshoot hardware and software errors

-Document problems and resolutions prioritizing problems and provide impact assessment

-Provide specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure, systems, and cloud software

-Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures

-Own level 2 desktop and service desk support efforts and make sure problems are resolved in a timely manner without disruptions

-Responsible for capacity, storage planning of all computer systems

-Monitor all hardware and software operation and alert the responsible team

-Design dependable IT infrastructure and networking that is always up and running

-Participate in Data Center maintenance schedule

-Assist different IT teams with access to physical servers and hardware

-Assist the security team with penetration testing and lead remediation efforts

Attributes and Skills:

2 -4 years of experience with the following:

Service-desk / IT-Site engineer / Systems Engineer

Newtorking (preferably Cisco)

Windows server 2012-2019

VMware/Hyper-V

PowerShell Scripting

AD / Azure AD management and design/ O365 Teams

SCCM / In-Tune /JAMF

Security Tools

Data Center

DNS/DHCP

Other Skills:

AWS/ Azure Management – Terraform
