SharkNinja Finance is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of Business Intelligence and Analytics in our fast-paced environment. SharkNinja Finance supports reporting and analysis for global finance teams, facilitating management-reporting activities across Finance functions. The team is a crucial contributor to planning, budgeting and forecasting initiatives, leveraging data analytics and visualization to drive standardization, automation and the removal of inefficiencies. This role will assist in uncovering insights across Finance alongside driving continuous improvement through data utilization. The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of business requirements alongside the skillset to rapidly get to the root cause of business challenges. An entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of urgency in delivering work is a must. They will also have the ability to ideate solutions to meet requirements and resolve issues faced by the business. As part of their day to day, they will work with various teams and program managers to analyze large and complex data sets, identify opportunity for improvement, measure and monitor programs through metric definition and scope out possible automation opportunities whilst working closely with various stakeholders to drive the development and improvement of existing processes. The ideal candidate will thrive on close collaboration across departments and organizational levels, having the skills and emotional intelligence to be a trusted partner with business stakeholders.
