SharkNinja is Hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager (Hybrid) Near Needham, MA
As part of the Content Strategy team, this individual is responsible for creating and executing brand partnership strategies that support both Ninja and Shark. This role is based in our Needham, MA headquarters and is hybrid.The Brand Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in developing partnerships with external brands that ladder up to the company’s overarching product and sales goals, drive traffic to brand and retail sites, and increase brand affinity for the organization and our products. In this role, you will work with household names as well as emerging brands to make the SharkNinja experience the best it can be while driving value for the business. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter with proven skills and experience in digital content programs – from audience insight development and narrative strategies to measurement and optimization. We need someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about relationship building/management, consumer content trends, and is an innovative thinker, ready to roll up their sleeves and build a world-class brand partnerships program.•Help lead the strategic development, management, and execution of SharkNinja’s brand partnerships strategy•Responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing fully integrated marketing plans for collaboration drops, and activating marketing plans with the intent of driving brand awareness, affinity, and product sell through•Work in close partnership with brand marketing and cross-functional teammates (social media, influencer, PR, content strategy, sales) to identify collaboration opportunities, and create an annual collaboration roster and calendar•Support the evaluation, development, and negotiation of partner contracts from pitch to closing•Manage the relationship with agency partners in the development of partnership strategy•Lead execution of partnership agreements end to end, providing partners with excellent service and ensuring that all internal and external partnership requirements are met on time•Aid in co-branded asset creation and promotion, working with external partners, creative teams, content creators, social and email teams to ensure all co-branded content is effectively produced and disseminated •Build and maintain performance dashboard to drive visibility into the impact of the partnerships, harvest learnings, and drive future evolutions - constantly improving upon processes and integrating learnings into future collaborations•Manage the evaluation of incoming brand partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals•Maintain the brand partnership budgetREQUIREMENTS•BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related, or equivalent experience•4-6 years of experience working in Social Media/PR/Communications/Marketing/Sales, preferably in a Brand Partnerships/Digital Marketing Manager role•Demonstrate consumer centricity and experience as well as passion for brand building•Strong analytical skills, ability to translate complex data, trends, and insights into actionable strategy•Track record of building a partnership program from the ground up, scaling it, and demonstrating a strong ROI•Excellent project management oversight abilities; can drive forward projects and initiatives in ambiguous and changing environments against tight timelines•Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills •Ability to develop, manage, and improve upon processes•Strong understanding of the media landscape and how all content types (video, blog, organic social, etc.) •Excellent writing/editing skills, with the ability to write and edit content for a wide range of audiences•Experience working with influencers and content creators a plus •Experience working with digital agencies a plus #LI-HybridYOUR ROLE in DIVERSIFYING SHARKNINJA· As a corporate citizen, learn and support SharkNinja’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy· Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias· Explore SharkNinja’s DEI Groups or volunteer to serve on committees that organize diversity-related events and activities· Participate in employee engagement surveys and respond as openly and honestly as possible· Become culturally competent; take the time to learn about different cultures, races, religions, and backgrounds represented by your colleagues· Ensure equitable experiences, strengthen inclusion acumen, and promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging that embraces the contributions of all team members YOUR ROLE in leading our SUCCESS DRIVERS & representing our UNIQUE MINDSET· Lead us to be “RARELY SATISFIED” · Make things better each day; “PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION”· Use your knowledge of our consumer, understand that “DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE”· Deliver something great; “WINNING IS A TEAM SPORT”· Be clear and honest, “COMMUNICATING FOR IMPACT” At SharkNinja, our purpose is to positively impact people’s lives every day in every home around the world!
