200k annualized salary for 6 months against production based compensation WITH master-level DSO equity opportunity.

BASE COMPENSATION First 6 months - $200k base / month or 25% of adjusted production After first 6 months - 25% of adjusted production with no lab fees.

CLINICAL AUTONOMY with full access to SPG operations, systems, and business strategies for sustainable growth in your single-site access to CE to bridge gaps in your knowledge and expand your clinical offerings less time working on administrative tasks, more time on procedures opportunities to grow your leadership in your practice with the support of SPi's administrative team
