The Role
As a Customer Care Associate, you will work closely with your team members to ensure white-glove service for our platform, as well as one of our newest product offerings. You will receive training to be fully versed on Sharebite’s product offerings, learn customer dynamics and operations, and utilize problem-solving skills to find satisfactory solutions for our clients. This role works in a specialized Customer Care capacity - this is a growing team for an exciting new feature. At Sharebite, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location.
The base compensation range for this role is $20 - $28 per hour, however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
