- Provide a consistent, high level of customer service.
- Manage the application and workflow of customer service staff.
- Make sure that the customer service environment is conducive to work.
- Maintain a high employee morale.
- Manage the budget for customer service operations.
- Act as a liaison between sales team and customer service.
- Promote best practices for customer satisfaction ratings.
- Trains new team members.
- Tracks and analyzes customer service metrics.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Highschool diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years successfully managing and leading a team
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer service, inside sales or related field
