What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Manager position at Shar Music?

Job Summary:
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Customer Success and Service department with a focus on improving the quality and efficiency of our department. The Customer Success Manager will work directly with employees to assess performance and assist in the development of customized plans to meet individual goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide a consistent, high level of customer service.
  • Manage the application and workflow of customer service staff.
  • Make sure that the customer service environment is conducive to work.
  • Maintain a high employee morale.
  • Manage the budget for customer service operations.
  • Act as a liaison between sales team and customer service.
  • Promote best practices for customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Trains new team members.
  • Tracks and analyzes customer service metrics.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years successfully managing and leading a team
  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer service, inside sales or related field
