We will provide you with the training you need to be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our merchandise, represent our brand, and create an exceptional store experience for each customer. As a valued member of our store team, you’ll play a pivotal role as a Jewelry Consultant. Your primary focus will be cultivating strong customer relationships, maximizing sales performance, and delivering an unparalleled experience for each customer.

The salary range for this role is $23.00 - $31.00 per hour. plus opportunities for monthly bonuses and SPIFs. There is no upper limit to what you can earn in this role as you expand your jewelry knowledge and sales expertise.

Responsibilities

Sales Excellence and Customer Engagement

  • Actively drive sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer and sharing compelling product stories
  • Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products
  • Ensure memorable customer experiences and foster customer retention through clienteling

Collaboration

  • By working towards your personal goals, contribute to team goals and overall success of the store
  • Participate in training and mentoring new team members, sharing your expertise and contributing to company culture
  • Give and receive constructive feedback, adapting with coaching you may receive

Qualifications

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is required; jewelry sales experience is not mandatory—we'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities!
  • Availability during evenings and weekends is a must, with the perk of being closed on 7 major holidays
  • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required

Work Environment

The primary work environment is a well-lit retail store that requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting. This role requires manual dexterity, visual acuity, and color discernment at a high level. Our vibrant and customer-focused atmosphere provides a fast-paced and engaging workplace.

The salary range for this role is $23.00 - $31.00 per hour. plus opportunities for bonus. The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in the state of Colorado. Individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado.
