As a Kitchen Manager you will report to the General Manager. You will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. As the Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a customer oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
Develop and maintain an effective internal and external communication system
Organize and chair kitchen meetings
Act as liaison to outside guest and agents
Maintain inventory control
Maintain cost control
Oversee recruitment and staffing
Conduct employee orientations and development training's
Develop and maintain an employee assessment system
Develop and maintain all policies and procedures
Develop and maintain a maintenance control system
Develop and maintain an effective Health and Safety system
Ensure compliance with federal, state and county regulations

Required to cook on line when needed

High School Diploma or GED
1 – 3 years experience preferred

Abide by all State and Federal Laws and regulations pertaining to alcohol, tobacco and Health

Business issues are only to be discussed with the Manager and/or Owner
Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operates phones, computers, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment.
You may be exposed to airborne particles, caustic, chemicals, electric current, moving parts, muscular strain, noise, and odors.
