We built relationships with multiple solar installers, which allows us to offer the greatest possible value to homeowners and compensation to our sales staff!

The Position:
We are looking for people who are hungry and coachable. People who are competitive and self-motivated with reliable transportation, internet, and computer or tablet. New employees typically earn between $150,000 and $450,000 in their first year. Our experienced Brokers/Consultants can expect to earn $500,000
Responsibilities:
Help people save money by owning their power instead of renting it from utility companies.
Generate and set appointments from referrals, door to door, social media marketing
Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices
Become an expert who understands how the utility rate plans work and how to best save families money with clean energy
Must adhere to our high ethical standards of service to our customers, our community, and each other
Qualifications:
Being hungry and coachable
Have reliable transportation, mobile internet access, computer or tablet
A passion for helping people and making an impact on our planet
Be outgoing and have a positive attitude
