SF Bay Therapist Group is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Davenport, CA

About us

SF Bay Therapist Group is a private psychotherapy group practice. We are passionate about 'Bridging Healthier Relationships" with and within our clients, communities and colleagues.

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and billing tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have excellent math/accounting skills; oral and written communication; and efficiency in Google Suit platform. If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant or a biller and familiarity within medical/mental health industry, we’d really like to meet you.

Skills/Duties

  • Excellent with maintaining billing, expenses and other financial practice details.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite apps
  • Pleasant and clear phone presentation
  • Understand importance of confidentiality and privacy of information
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Market SFBT Group’s services on various platforms, e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter

Other professional administrative duties as need by the Company

Hours
This is a part-time position with approx. 15-20 hours per week. This can be a hybrid position: in office and remote. Position has a potential for a full time with medical benefits for a right fit.

Qualifications

  • Personable, organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, responsive and excellent with math/ accounting skills.
  • Able to work as a team member and to work independently on tasks
  • Exceptional communication verbal and written skills
  • Adheres to sound professionalism with clients and staff
  • Maintain legal, ethical boundaries with confidentiality and HIPAA industry standards
  • Fluent with G Suite, Excel, QuickBooks and tech/ media savvy
  • Medical/Insurance Billing knowledge/experience a Plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

In person and remote work option. Must be local and able to commute to the office in Sunnyvale, CA.
