New Hire Sign-on Bonus $2,500.00
The Senior HR Generalist, in conjunction with the Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management employee relations, recruiting and retention, and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a business partner to all Seven Hills Affiliates. Work is performed with a high degree of independence and under the supervision and direction of the Vice President of Human Resources or their designee.
Performs a wide variety of Human Resources support functions, including but not limited to:
