You have strong interpersonal skills, a desire to work in a team environment and are passionate about delivering high quality software. How will you do it Enhance and maintain the product on a continuous release cycle Assist the support team with reproducing and resolving customer issues Participate on design and architecture decisions Improve the product and reduce technical debt Prove to be a strong technical resource using the best software development practices Work closely with the team, product management and customers in an Agile environment Participate in driving the next-gen architecture What we look for Required BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent technical experience 7 years experience in software development in a professional environment 5 years experience with C 5 years experience with Windows and Linux operating systems Fundamental understanding of standard networking protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, Networking, and load balancing Demonstrated ability with git Ability to understand business needs and work strategically Must be able to work during US Central/Eastern time-zone business hours Preferred Familiarity with REST, gRPC, SOAP API's, Knowledge of Rust Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than the scheduled start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding them from receiving the vaccine.
