We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our hotel team as a maintenance associate. This is a dynamic, fast -paced, and multiple property position.

At least one year of relevant experience is preferred. The Maintenance Associate will be working in multiple facilities doing all aspects of repair and routine maintenance. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is a requirement. Some nights and weekends may be required.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, and experience that includes knowledge of basic equipment and repairs. He or she must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (lifting, standing, bending, etc.), must be reliable and trustworthy, and must pay attention to detail and take pride in his or her work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains clean, organized work areas 
• Manages and securely stores equipment and supplies
• Performs small repairs as assigned
• Reports equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor
• Able to follow spoken and written instructions
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which may includes nights, weekends, long days, and holidays
• Operates basic maintenance equipment
• Sets up banquet rooms and special events as instructed by supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned
