Job Description

Sese Industrial is a greenfield operation that has an immediate opening for a meticulous Inventory Analyst oversee and manage the inventory for our company. In this role, you will be required to perform regular inventory audits and analyses and forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.

To ensure success as an Inventory Analyst, you should be highly organized and have detailed knowledge of supply chain management software and practices. A top-notch inventory analyst will be able to accurately forecast inventory requirements and possess excellent logistical abilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Oversee inventory controllers for daily cycle counting.

· Maintain consistent stock of components inventory

· Provide inventory reports to warehouse supervisors/logistics manager.

· Maintain accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.

· Conduct cycle counting and partial audits of physical inventory.

· Assist with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.

· Operate forklift truck when necessary.

· Perform other related duties as requested.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent communication skills with warehouse/logistics workers, purchasing department, and coworkers.

· Understanding of inventory control procedures.

· Proficient keyboarding skills.

· Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.

· Ability to perform basic math calculations.

· Understanding of inventory management practices such as analysis and cycle counting.

· Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Exceptional collaboration abilities.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Technical - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with an ERP system a plus

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Experience with computerized inventory systems required.

· Forklift operator certification preferred.
