Job Summary
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to the success and growth of the SERVPRO Team Wall Master Service Agreement program by providing exemplary administrative support and customer service to SERVPRO Team Wall’s MSA clients and network of partnering franchisees of Servpro Industries, LLC. The Account Coordinator will be responsible the administrative support of the MSA program including scheduling, daily communication, administrative process support and documentation, estimate creation and revisions, invoicing, and reporting. The ideal candidate for this position should embrace an attitude promoting “Humble, Hungry, and Smart” behaviors. The Account Coordinator will be working in tandem with the National Account Manager to help them provide a seamless, one point of contact service to all MSA customers no matter where they are in the country. This position may potentially require activity that could occur outside of normal business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the SERVPRO Team Wall MSA Process flow with two goals in mind: phenomenal customer service experience and
phenomenal internal communication
- Scheduling Work to be Completed for each project assigned with sense of urgency and with a phenomenal customer service 
experience as the absolute goal
- Daily communication on each project handled between all stakeholders with a phenomenal customer service experience as the 
absolute goal
- Provide required documentation and administrative support on each project handled that follows the SERVPRO Team Wall 
Administrative Process Flow Providing phenomenal internal communication is the absolute goal
- Perform estimate creation or revisions depending on the need of the project. A solid working knowledge of Xactimate is a must to 
succeed in this role
- Perform all invoicing activity for each project managed. A solid working knowledge of Quickbooks Online is a major plus for this role
- Perform ad hoc projects to help enhance the growth and success of SERVPRO Team Wall’s MSA program
- Perform ad hoc projects and responsibilities to help support SERVPRO Team Wall’s Sales and Marketing Teams
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully fulfill the major duties and responsibilities above. Some key requirements to fulfill the position may include, but not be limited to:
- Demonstrated ability to work with other people.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, 
straightforward, and professional manner
- Advanced problem-solving skills including proper handling of complex scheduling issues, demanding customer requests, and critical 
conflict resolution
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Advanced organizational skills to ensure proper workforce utilization documentation completion, and overall time management
- Excellent working knowledge of Xactimate
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products
- Excellent working knowledge of Google products
- Excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks Online
- Fast-paced, high pressure work environment
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
40 hours/week, but will need flexibility to handle after business hour requests and assignments as they occur
