SERVPRO of Allentown is Hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager Near Allentown, PA
- Develops, coordinates, and oversees reconstruction projects from start to finish. Manages scheduling, logistics, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Performs demolition, construction, and other labor-intensive tasks.
- Maintains detailed project documentation.
- Calculates cost estimates using Xactimate software.
- Adheres to established budgets to ensure projects are produced efficiently and on schedule.
- Provides regular project updates to administrative staff and Reconstruction Operations Manager.
- Functions as primary interface with customers throughout project duration. Maintains regular communication and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Ensures subcontractors adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Experience with Xactimate or similar cost-estimating software is strongly preferred. Training is available.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects at once, managing budgets and schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work
- Experience establishing effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- 2 years of residential construction experience
- Recent college graduate OR equivalent trade training preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
