Position: Content Strategist
Compensation: $55 - $60k plus bonus 
Job Type: Full-time
Overview:
Looking for a go getter who has experience concepting, delivering, and executing social media programs; handling marketing programs; assisting with quotes and contracts, and providing sales support. The successful candidate in this position will wear many hats and will be successful in working within our friendly, team spirited atmosphere. 
SERVPRO® is a national restoration contractor that provides water and fire damage mitigation, restoration, janitorial, make-ready, general cleaning, reconstruction, and many other commercial services. The breadth of potential services provided is only limited by the needs of the local market.
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEM and web traffic metrics
  • Follow Servpro Industries requirements in regard to posting, branding, and content
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee, setup, monitor and manage all web content and social media on multiple platforms
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness 
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • ERP Database Management
  • ERP File Completion Assistance 
  • RFP and Vendor Approval Support 
  • Supplies and Office Materials
  • Referral Tracking and Support
  • Association Membership Administration 
  • Collaborate and Create Sales and Marketing Material 
  • Newsletter & e-Blast Coordination & Execution 
  • PR Program Coordination and Execution 
  • Help Schedule and Coordinate Continuing Education Events 
  • Coordination of Networking Events, Association Events, Community Events, and Entertainment Events
  • Prepare Reports and Support Data (Team Scorecard, Quality Control, Key Measurements and Activities, Expenses & Budget, Marketing and Sales Plans)
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media manager
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEM, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing Support 
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies 
  • Experience in commercial cleaning and restoration is desired
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred and/or 2 to 3 years in a customer service, coordinator, or support position
