Servicing Solutions is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Irving, TX

Overview

Servicing Solutions is looking for a dynamic professional that is self-motivated, trustworthy, and can quickly adapt to change in a fast paced environment. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and use creative sourcing methods to recruit dynamic candidates.

Responsibilities

    • Screen and refer qualified applicants to appropriate Hiring Managers for interviews
    • Post job openings internally and to career boards, newspapers, and other media outlets
    • Input data, maintain and track all aspects of candidate activity in ATS and various platforms
    • Process background and credit checks
    • Coordinate and participate in special recruitment projects such as onsite/offsite career fairs, seminars, conventions, and other corporate sponsored events
    • Prepare New Hire Orientation paperwork, inserts, and other documentation as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and work prioritization
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked and team environment
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Servicing Solutions policies and procedures
  • Strong computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-4 years’ experience recruiting within the financial services industry (consumer lending recruitment and Servicing/Loan Collections background) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Prior experience with iCIMS a preferred
