Job Description

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· BE / B Tech/ ME / MS / MTech in Computer Sciences, Electronics and Communications or Electrical Engineering fields with a proven academic track record

· Minimum 5 years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products like ITSM, ITAM and ITOM

· Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management

· Knowledge in Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure)

· Knowledge in PowerShell and Python

· Knowledge on MID Server and integrations

· Strong expertise and proven track record in building applications using ServiceNow Platform

· Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization

· Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks

· Experience with Java or a similar OO language

· Lead and own all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration

· Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity

Desired Skills:

· Knowledge of scripting languages like Java, Python, Perl and bash

· Experience with creating enterprise software in the one of the application domains in which ServiceNow competes

· Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform and API’s

· Ability to create high performance, scalable systems
