**Financial Service Representatives (New Accounts)** and **Financial Service Officers (Loans)** to join our Branch Team. This individual provides both savings and loans services for membership, promoting the full line of products and services of our Credit Union. Pay is **$17/hour and up, depending on experience**. **The ideal candidate will have**

A "Heart to Help" passion for assisting people Strong consultative sales and service skills with the ability to connect and engage with people A bachelors degree in business and financial institution experience is a plus, but not required. For the Financial Service Officer, loan experience is required (e.g. consumer/HELOC) while underwriting is preferred. The ability to work both independently and cohesively with others, fostering a team environment The ability to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our members account information with integrity Strong organizational, multi-tasking and planning skills, with a high level of dependability, commitment, and achievement of expectations and goals The ability to learn quickly and continuously, including use of technology (e.g. mobile and online banking) Analytical problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in continuous improvement **Make a difference one life at a time!**
