Sertoma is currently seeking a Full-Time IT Manager to direct the IT needs of a growing organization.

IT Manager Job Summary:
The IT Manager position will closely match the required responsibilities and skills detailed below while also managing vendor relationships with numerous software vendors and technology partners.
IT Manager Responsibilities:
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, routers, modems etc.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Ensuring Privacy and Security of all computers and network systems
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
· Providing training and technical support across the company
· Establishing accounts for new users as necessary
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
· Working with the CFO to develop an annual IT budget
· Testing new technology as necessary
IT Manager Skills:
· In-depth knowledge of diverse computer systems and networks
· Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
· Attention to detail for repair and system documentation
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Effective communication skills
IT Manager Experience:
· Prior experience in a professional IT environment required
· Experience with any of the following is a plus but not required: Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Timas, SQL Server, Firewalls & VPN’s, Remote Desktop Services, Qwest Rapid Recovery, Hyper V Virtualization
· Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH requirements to ensure patient privacy
IT Manager Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Bachelor’s degree in IT or similar area preferred
· 5 years of verifiable work history
· 3 years clean driving history with a valid Tennessee driver’s license
