We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist to assist with day-to-day duties within our Finance Team. 

This is a part-time, 20 hr/week, contract position.

Challenges You’ll Tackle:

• Call customers and clients with past due balances
• Follow up calls on promises to pay
• Maintain and update customer files including contacts and notes on profile
• Draft correspondence for standard past due accounts
• Relay pertinent information to appropriate parties
• Reply to customer inquiries via email
• Participate in daily meetings with Finance Team to discuss any issues or points of note
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience with past due balances and collections via phone and email
• Experience with handling customer inquiries, interaction, and follow ups
• Experience with escalating necessary issues and collections.
