Job Description:

• Conduct market research to identify sources of supply for services.
• Review competitive proposals for systems and services offered by suppliers and prepare comparative analyses of factors such as cost, delivery schedule, quality, and past performance.
• Negotiate subcontract requirements, prices, and terms and conditions.
• Issue subcontracts to contractors.
• Maintain procurement history records
• Manage suppliers and expedite supplier deliverables.
• Resolve supplier problems as they arise.
• Maintain compliance of FAR and DFAR regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Willing to obtain TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years experience with Government Contracts
• Costpoint ERP experience
• Price Analysis experience
