This role will be working with Biomic Sciences, LLC,  a subsidiary of the Seraphic Group and the manufacturer and seller of a revolutionary gut health supplement, Intelligence of Nature (ION*). Sourced from 60-million-year-old soil, the ION* line of products naturally supports microbiome balance for your gut, skin, and sinuses. Our Customer Care Associates supports the Customer Experience, by answering inquiries, troubleshooting, and handling orders and returns 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

We need a new Team Member to do all the things!

  • We want you to be excited about learning and staying up to date on Dr. Bush’s blogs and speaking events. 
  • We are searching for those who are proactive in building relationships and strengthening connections across the company. 
  • Can you write clearly and concisely in order to connect to customers across all of the product lines?
  • Can you adapt and pivot to new technologies and software? (HubSpot is a bonus)
  • Are you a natural influencer? We need people willing to encourage customers to try new things, visit sites, and interact with our social media platforms. 
  • Are you known for being upbeat, optimistic, & going with the flow? (A definite plus)
  • Are you adept at multi-tasking and paying attention to detail? (Huge)
  • Can you maintain a level of professionalism, even on someone’s worst day? (You will have those calls)

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You have to be 18 years or older for this position. 
  • We’d love it if you had at least an associate degree, but it’s not required. 
  • We are looking for 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales related field.
  • Experience with HubSpot (CRM) would be fantastic.
  • Comfort and understanding of social media platforms
  • It would be super great if you were a proactive problem solver, resourceful, flexible, and just internally motivated to be      completely awesome.
  • If you are bilingual (English/Spanish) that’s always a plus.
  • We are going to ask you to take feedback, communicate clearly, and be a curious experimenter.
