Qualifications

Must haves:

• Positive attitude
• Organization

• People skills
• Resilience
• Bookkeeping/administrative background in real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field
• Management experience
• High school diploma or GED

Great to haves:

• Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $29 - $34 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
