Responsibilities

As a System Administrator, you will be supporting one of our strategic healthcare partner’s IT operations. As an integral team player on this recognized IT team, you will be configuring, updating, troubleshooting, and patching our system. This will include virtualization and cloud based activity. This position is based in Elgin, IL The majority of time you can work remotely but must be able to provide onsite support to any of the locations within a few hours of their headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Citrix Windows environment is preferred
• Experience providing system support and administration of hardware, software and servers
• Experience working with Exchange, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy.
• Must be willing to support technical and non-technical users as needed
• Must be able to work collaboratively with others.
• Must have a team player mentality to assist others as needed
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
