Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the administration and management of systems and infrastructure that enable the efficient deployment and maintenance of end-user computers, laptops, and devices. This role will work in a team environment to establish and follow standards and best practices. Up to 25% travel locally and out of town is expected. This is a full time/Direct Hire opportunity located onsite in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, supporting, implementing, and maintaining IT Infrastructure systems, software, and equipment
• Knowledgeable regarding currently available technology solutions and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows.
• Experience with end point management software desired (Intune or SCCM)
• Possesses a deep understanding of Windows OS, MECM, or similar enterprise management software, hardware, and application dependencies
• Working knowledge of AD, group policy, file and print sharing, DNS, Exchange, VMware vSphere, network management, hardware, and software.
• Industry certifications is a plus
• Experience in multi-family real estate is a plus
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
