Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting and maintaining all hardware and software solutions in the organizations network, server, storage, information security and cloud virtual environments, project planning, coordination, and performance of services related to the installation, and preventive maintenance of network hardware, servers, SAN/NAS, security peripherals and related equipment. This is a contract to hire or direct hire opportunity located onsite in New Lenox, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent experience.
• Possession of Citrix CP, MCSE, CCNA, GSEC, CISSP or CompTIA Security and or another equivalent certification’s a plus.
• 7 years of overall professional IT experience.
• 5 years of experience administering and supporting enterprise hardware and software solutions from these vendors: VMware ESXi vSphere, Cisco UCS, Dell EMC storage and data backup solutions, HP, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud services, and Microsoft.
• 3 or more years of experience with Azure Active Directory administration and GPO management.
• Demonstrable skill using Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
• Must have experience in implementation and administration of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Experience with administration of M365 and Microsoft Exchange a plus.
• Should have experience in planning, documenting, and managing IT projects.
• Ability to use server, storage, security access auditing and LAN/WAN performance monitoring software tools.
• Thorough understanding of Information Security concepts.
• Familiarity with NIST guidelines, HITRUST framework and HIPAA.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
