Job Description

Responsibilities

Sentinel is looking for a Help Desk Manager to join our client. This person will be taking over the Help Desk Manager’s responsibility while the current help desk manager is on leave. The manager will help divvy up the tickets for the other help desk agents and will send them to other locations. This position will be a contract position reporting onsite at our client location in Aurora, IL.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership position is required
  • Experience with onboarding employees
  • Experience with E911, Active Directory, Azure, some Google (Zoom) and setup cellphone through AT&T is a must
  • Good communication and time management skills is a must
  • Need a valid driver’s license
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
