Sentara Health Plan is hiring for a Manager of Business Systems Integration.

This is a Full-Time position, fully remote, with day shift hours and great benefits!

Work Location: Florida

Job Responsibilities

The Manager, Business and Systems Integration manages all activities involving

• System benefit development and implementation
• Contract administration
• Coding compliance
• Fee schedule implementation
• Provider network database management
• Quality assurance
• Internal and external auditing of the key processes
• System compliance and acceptance testing and
• Process improvements designed to increase operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Required to have 3 years related experience in Health Insurance or Information System Support
• Applicants who do not have their Bachelor's Degree will be required to sign a Bachelor's Degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their Bachelor's Degree within 5 years of hire.

Preferred Requirements

• Preferred to project management skills
• Preferred to time management skills
• Preferred to have PMP certification
