Territory coverage will be Western Massachusetts(Hampshire & Franklin counties; in addition to the cities of Holyoke & Chicopee)

What You Will Do:

• Lead in prospecting, qualifying and prioritizing all potential referral sources: (including but not limited AAAs, ASAPs, health centers, physicians, SNFs, clinics, and (MCO/ACO's in Mass only).
• Lead projects in support of business development and community partnerships (e.g. managed care, Medicaid expedited eligibility outreach, PACE, etc.)
• Utilize Sales reporting data.
• Develop, foster and manage strong relationships with referral sources.
• Manage and monitor the planning and participation in conferences, fairs and events.

What You Will Bring:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
• Excellent presentation skills, strong business acumen, and great relationship building skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring and training others.
• Requires extensive travel within assigned geographic area. 80% of time spent in the field.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Effectively utilizes CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
