Senior Helpers - Cameron Park is Hiring a Client Services Coordinator Near Cameron, CA

Senior Helpers is currently seeking a Client Service Coordinator 

As a member of Senior Helpers Client Services team, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families and our employees

The Client Services Coordinator will have the overall responsibility of managing and developing all client services as well as caregivers for Senior Helpers within the franchise territories. This includes meeting goals for retention of clients and managing the growth of hours from current clients and reducing lost hours weekly.

  • Confirms that clients and their families are satisfied with the Senior Helpers services, and reposts findings to the CSM
  • Introduces caregivers to clients
  • Uphold quality of care – to ensure that caregivers are trained on and carry out care techniques to make sure that each client is getting adequate care
  • Uphold the proper professional appearance both personally and ensure that all caregivers do the same
  • Supports the CSM, in generating up to 20% internal growth each month
  • Has a regular communication process with caregivers and clients
  • Visits clients as directed by the CSM
  • Assists with phone calls, call out management, and on call rotation
  • Caregiving as needed (ensure that no client is unattended – fill shift if necessary)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be available Friday- Tuesday
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Must have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills with prospects, clients and client families
  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
  • Minimum of six months experience in a customer service role
  • Industry experience preferred
  • One year of related work experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
  • Ability to learn other software programs quickly
  • Strong verbal communication skills, especially using the telephone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to physically lift 50 lbs.
  • Must have a good working vehicle, current driver’s license and the appropriate car insurance
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Must be OK with entering a home that has smokers and/or pets
