My Daily Activities Do you have a passion for all things Bakery? As a Bakery Lead you will have exposure to all areas of the department. You’ll assist our customers with selecting from an array of delicious products, ensure the cases and sales floor are stocked with the products our customers love, assist with baking and cake decorating and ensure that the team is accomplishing all daily tasks. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and safe environment for all of our associates and we work together to accomplish this goal. Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of Bakery equipmentPrevious bakery and management experience is requiredAbility to successfully lead, coach, train, develop and motivate a team while providing clear and consistent direction Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
