Description
Semmes Murphey Clinic's mission is to deliver the best care for people suffering from neurological illnesses while advancing the field of neuroscience. The physicians and healthcare professionals at Semmes Murphey Clinic will provide each patient with the best care possible.
The Patient Representative is responsible for checking patients in and out of the clinic, guide them through the registration process and accurately document insurance information into their electronic medical record.
The typical hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary after training is completed. Willingness to travel to our Outclinic locations is also a requirement for this position.
The pay range for this position is between $15/hr-$20/hr. Specific offer amounts are based on relevant work experience.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, which includes insurance verification.
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Internet software, web-based insurance verification software, and practice management software.
