Summary: The Warehouse Associate works to inventory incoming stock, fill orders on outgoing stock, remove clutter in the warehouse and assist with the transfer of materials between manufacturing and warehousing locations.

Job Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Efficiently organize warehouse to maximize space and minimize debris. Move finished merchandise to/from production stations to appropriate locations within the warehouse or out of these positions to forward pick locations.
• Assist with driving materials to and from the 2 company locations in company owned box truck.
• Receive and verify inbound receipts and distribute to appropriate person(s) or area(s) in accordance with standard procedures, internal requirements, and policies.
• Report depleting raw materials levels to Lead Logistics Coordinator.
• Accurately select/pick finished goods by hand or machine from the racked area of the warehouse according to order pick lists. Stage materials for domestic and international ground and freight shipping services. Continuously conduct product inspection ensuring compliance with standard quality requirements.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and organization by performing daily housekeeping.
• Aid in quarterly inventory counts.
• Promote safety at the workplace by wearing personal protective equipment in compliance with company’s policy.
• Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned.

Proficiencies

• Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Clean driving record required; must be insurable on through company insurance. CDL not required but preferred.
• Basic math aptitude including arithmetic, measurements and weights, and basic geometry.
• Experience with safely operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks.
• Strong team mentality.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Schedule flexibility to work shifts and overtime based on company needs.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma.
• Three years of experience in a warehouse facility or other related experience.
