SemaConnect is a charging solutions partner to municipal, parking, multifamily, hotel, office and retail and commercial fleet customers across the United States and Canada.


We are seeking a diligent, motivated, reliable individual to support our Management and Human Resources teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a proficiency in Microsoft Office, the abilities to multitask and adapt new processes with ease and efficiency. This is an entry-level position in a fast-paced environment; previous office experience is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided for the right applicant.




· Maintains timely renewal of company registrations

· Coordinates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

· Maintain vendor relationships for successful execution i.e. contacts for facility services, including maintenance, HVAC, electric, gas, water cooler, document shredding, cleaning etc.

· Provides clerical support such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, scheduling, travel arrangements, preparing documents and other related duties.

· Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.

· Supports Management & Human Resources Teams as needed

· Ensures ISO compliance documentation is maintained & ISO procedures are upheld

· Works with various teams to plan & assist with office functions including holiday parties, monthly luncheons, client & staff meetings, etc.

· Light Housekeeping



· Associates Degree or higher with past office experience

· Proficiency in MS Office & Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro

· Knowledge of ISO27001 requirements a plus

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Professional and courteous demeanor

· Detail-oriented self-starter, well organized and able to work with minimum supervision

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Flexible, team player, willing to help other departments as needed
