Select Laboratory Partners, Greensboro NC, is seeking to hire a shipping and receiving associate. Position is part-time Monday - Friday from 10am to 3pm. Responsibilities include preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments, plus organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, review incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations. Must be physically capable to lift 75 lbs and have experience working and standing for long time periods.

Job duties;

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering and distributing packages and letters within the company
• Maintain company stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a daily basis
• Maintain accurate records of good shipped and received
• Receive supply/equipment orders through email, phone and fax
• Customer communication in a timely and polite manner/Trouble shoot shipping and customer issues
• Detail record of every order
• Inventory tracking
• Package and weigh of items to prepare for FEDEX and UPS pickup
• Print shipping labels and postage

Education:

Basic high school education or GED. Background screening will be performed.
