Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician at Chelsea Plaza and Gateway apartment communities in Kansas City, KS. These are HUD and Tax Credit properties with 268 total units. This position will pay up to $18.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community’s residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Grounds/Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
