Requirements

• Implement and maintain appropriate floor displays, in accordance with the Visual Merchandising Guidelines and current project.
• Ensure all displays are properly set-up and tell a compelling story.
• Collaborate with merchandisers to execute strategy for floor placements, and potential needs. 
• Assist in setting up photo shoots for advertising and marketing within showroom as well as outside venues. 
• Physically be able to hang art, move lamps and accessories throughout all showrooms daily. 
• Work with management on a regular basis to strategize on how to increase retail sales.
• Hang artwork and accessorize vignettes with products coming to the showroom floor. 
• Place lamps, rugs, toss pillows and bedding in appropriate areas throughout all showrooms. 
• Facilitate the sell-off of obsolete and overstock inventory through attractive displays and markdown strategies.
• Organizing, maintain stockroom in an orderly fashion. 
• Assist with cycle counts and tagging of merchandise.
• Wrapping of customer items for pick-up in store.
• Ensure Selden’s and Bassett clients are always extended the highest levels of customer service.
