Job Summary:

A supervisor level position that oversees daily activities and resolves problems encountered by quality assurance (‘QA”) staff executing test plans on pre-release versions of titles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with QA Leads and testers on each team to make sure they have the resources they need and to help identify any potential issues with the testing cycles or QA schedule.
• Assist QA Leads and QA Manager with general project set-up and maintenance
• Assist QA Manager with training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
• Assist QA Leads with generating Daily/Weekly reports to track progress.
• Ensure testers have the knowledge and training they need to complete their tasks on time.
• Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
• Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
• Assist in the recruiting process.
• Assist QA Manager with equipment distribution, tracking, and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
• Technical proficiency: Must be able to use computers and generate reports.
• Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
• Firm grasp of English to identify Localization issues
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years in a QA Supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s with experience in the field.
