One of the ways to accomplish that is through our Operations Management Trainee Program. This is an entry level training position and consists of an intensive 16-week training program designed to prepare you for your initial role as a Dock Supervisor and/or Dispatcher position. Under the direction of a mentor, the primary responsibility of an Operations Management Trainee is to learn the basic principles of the transportation industry, efficient cross-dock operations, and effective leadership communication and relationship building skills.
