Security Benefit is Hiring a Remote HRIS Analyst

Security Benefit is searching for an HRIS Analyst with proven experience to join our team. This position will work in our home office in Topeka, Kansas or our Overland Park, Kansas office, and report to the Senior Manager HCM. SB associates are working in a hybrid environment with both remote and on-site work.

What Does the Job Look Like?
  • Maintains data integrity within the HCM, serving as a point person for modules including but not limited to, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management and Learning & Development
  • Responsible for programming, testing and launching all learning elements within the LMS for Security Benefit and for SB compliance areas
  • Assists with upgrades, enhancements, data integration and system implementations
  • Develops, executes, and delivers reports within the HCM as required or requested
  • Gathers HR business requirements and makes recommendations for overall efficiency and user experience
  • Maintains awareness of current trends in Human Capital Management systems
  • Provides support for Human Resource projects as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the team
Who Are You?
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with technical (Information Systems/Information Technology) experience, or bachelor's degree in IS/IT with human resources experience required
  • Two to four years HRIS administration experience; Ceridian Dayforce preferred
  • Technical experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
  • Demonstrated data report writing skills and the ability to articulate report parameters to deliver usable business information; SQL and XML experience preferred
  • Strong technical skills including advanced experience with Excel
  • Ability to analyze documentation and communicate detail in both verbal and written form
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
  • Highly detailed and a willingness to ask questions
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority assignments concurrently and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
  • Evident interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities
