Secure Recycling is looking for a new member to join our team! Seeking a motivated and productive Production Supervisor.
What can you expect?
-Clear expectations up front with the right equipment to get er' done!
-Consistent workflow

Key Functions:
-Lead and Oversee production, contribute recommendations, and follow/enforce policies.
-Create/Maintain and/or improve processes within the warehouse to meet or exceed customer requirements.
-Coordinate and communicate with departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
-Lead a team of people while following Secure Recycling’s core values in support of a healthy workplace where employees are given the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
-Develop the production team’s strengths and improve weaknesses to meet individual and organizational goals.
-Measure KPIs and track/log production metrics.
-Follow QEHSMS.
-Daily scheduling, workload management, and training.
-Following SOPs (standard operating procedures).
-Maintaining SAFE work/production space.

Experience that is helpful, but not required in this role:
-Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred
-Six Sigma and/or Lean Operations experience
-Forklift experience
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Minimum 3 years of operations experience in a hands on/supervisor/management role
-Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening

4-day work week
-7am to 5pm
-Must work Monday and Friday
5-day work week
-8 am to 5pm
or
-Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7am to 5pm. Tuesday and Thursday 7am to noon
Salary: Based on Experience, $55,000-$65,000 Annually
