Second Nature is looking for a NetSuite administrator responsible for ongoing configuration and maintenance of its NetSuite environment. This role will be responsible for system cleanup and establishing best practices across the NetSuite environment to achieve business goals.This role will collaborate with team members across all business functions to perform customizations and configurations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite. This role will also be the subject matter expert for NetSuite and collaborate with internal and external IT team members in new and existing company initiatives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control,security and integrity.
• Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, change requests, and support tasks.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand new needs and requirements.
• Engage with Project Managers to ensure completion of key NetSuite initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality.
• Assist with implementation and troubleshooting of integrations to NetSuite.
• Assist the help desk with administering user access and maintain proper system access/roles/rights.
• Create, update, and maintain reports/saved searches in NetSuite.
• Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training andmaintaining proper system access for all roles.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations utilizing partners and consultants

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years experience as a NetSuite System Administrator.
• Netsuite Administrator Certification is Preferred.
• Working knowledge of advanced modules, such as Advanced Order Management, Advanced Financials, Advanced Manufacturing, and Advanced Inventory
• Skilled in implementing and managing workflows, approval processes, page layouts, security, and validation rules.
• Experience in administrating NetSuite in retail or ecommerce environments.
• Experience with integrations utilizing token-based authentication.
• Ability to understand complex and highly customized business processes and how individual scripts/workflows interact with records and transactions.
• Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting SuiteScript preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 3-5 days per quarter to North Carolina
