Secco Squared is Hiring a Remote Account Executive (Remote)

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. This is an opportunity to become a vital team player in a performance-based marketing company. Your role as Account Manager will be far from one-dimensional. We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, growth-minded individual to execute the overall management of accounts and all the details and actions needed before the client comes on board, including but not limited to cold calling, prospecting, and launching accounts. 

This individual will manage all client communication and data analysis. In addition, the Account Executive will be expected to provide proactive feedback, identify growth opportunities and strategies, and effectively upsell and grow launched accounts. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Actively identify quality prospects utilizing a variety of tools to generate new leads and meetings, establish communication, negotiate and close new business
  • Respond effectively to inbound inquiries and aggressively prospect on an outbound basis
  • Communicate effectively with clients, acting as the point person for all client communication regarding providing campaign feedback and identifying growth strategies in regards to their live accounts and maximizing the ability to upsell the account
  • Develop new relationships by way of Zoom/Google Hangout, email, or social media, in order to establish meetings with senior level decision makers in companies that could benefit from what we have to offer
  • Ensure internal communication is proactive and efficient with co-workers and across the organization
  • Research potential targets, identify key prospects and penetrate those targets by using creative outreach strategies and tactics
  • Build and maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline with accurate information about prospects and their companies
  • Understand advertisers' quality, filter, and back end monetization efforts
  • Make recommendations for market standards on the design of campaigns and recommend additional campaign monetization increasing campaign viability
  • Self-generate a book of business and bring net new incremental growth quarter over quarter, eventually scaling accounts into strategic accounts
  • Maintain the campaign budget, creative, and backend quality directly or in concert with an account manager, if applicable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in a sales capacity, preferably in media or advertising 
  • Contacting a minimum of 20 qualified leads per day

Requirements:

  • Strong cold-calling and research skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales related jobs
  • Time management and prioritization skills are a must
  • Proficient with G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Hangouts, Slides, and Gmail)
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and professional, but scrappy
  • Experience with online advertising & analytics preferred
