We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to join our team!
The Customer Service Lead will oversee and assist customer service department.
Duties will include but not limited to:

Requirements
Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices.
Proficient computer skills, preferred 2-3 years experience in a customer service center.
Ability to answer and respond to 50-70 calls per day.
Proven track record in resolving customer complaints.
Manage and follow up to ensure all email and voice mails are responded too daily.
Works well with office and field Staff.
Ensure technician notes are sufficient and up to company expectations.
Assist the customer service team by performing the tasks with them to evaluate training and development.
Handle and resolve complaints in a timely manner(from both staff and customers).
