Position Summary: The Staff Accountant II position is responsible for processing grants billing; helping with the following: internal auditing of grants accounting, grant compliance, creating general journal entries, helping prepare and/or file necessary documents for purchase orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable; and other miscellaneous tasks related to accounting. The Staff Accountant II is also responsible for handlings various disbursements as well as improving the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes, systems, and workflows while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
