We are currently seeking a full-time Family Therapist to join our team at Autumn's Center in Spencer, IA.
The Family Therapist will:

• Provide high quality group and individual treatment services to individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges
• Attend trainings to learn a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities and then utilizing those treatments with clients
• Provide services in various settings, including Seasons' clinical office locations, or another community setting as deemed appropriate
• Utilize professional and clinical judgment for initial and ongoing assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, specialized trauma care and discharge planning as part of a clinical care team
• Practice within the scope of individual and agency licenses, and follows all agency policies and procedures

Requirements
Qualified Individuals Must Have One of the Following:

• Completion of a Master's program in Social Work or Counseling plus an active Iowa license OR the eligibility to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred)
• OR Currently in the process of completing a Master's level program at an Iowa license eligible Master of Social Work or Counseling program with 2 years of experience in the mental health field

Other Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in the mental health field is preferred
• Experience working with both mental health and substance use disorders, working with diversity and other cultures, and understanding of the needs of individuals and families is preferred
• Travel may be required at times; therefore, a valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation is required
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
