Job Title Human Resources Generalist
Schedule
Full-Time M-F 8a-5p
Job Summary Our HR Generalist will work closely with our HR Manager and provide support in all facets of HR including: Recruiting/Hiring, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Relations, Training, and Compliance.
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree Required (See preferences below)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Payroll and benefits administration
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Labor law compliance
- Employee relations
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent listening skills
Preferences* *If you possess any of these preferences, please include them in your answer below*
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare or related field preferred but not required
Additional Preferences* *If you possess any of these preferences, please include them in your answers below*
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Muse, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with web-based HRIS systems.
