Duties Include:

• Talk with customers by phone or in person
• Investigate and correct errors
• Address customer concerns in a professional manner
• Coordinate customer service needs with various departments

Required Skills:

• Experience in working on a computer, MS Office, and other related programs.
• Excellent Attendance
• Must be a dedicated, self-motivated, team player.
• Must have a good attitude and ability to work with others.
